Refund and Returns Policy

At Amore Saro Online Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return the item(s) for a refund or exchange subject to the following terms and conditions:

Return Process

To initiate a return, please email us at info@amoresaro.cyberwolfsolutions.org within 4 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for the return.

Once we receive your request, we will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions for returning the item(s).

All items must be returned in their original condition, with tags attached and in their original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse any returns that do not meet these criteria.

Refunds

We will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 days of receiving your returned item(s). The refund will be for the purchase price of the item(s) less any shipping costs.

Please note that we cannot refund any customs duties, taxes, or fees that may have been paid on international orders.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please email us at info@amoresaro.cyberwolfsolutions.org within 4 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number, the item you wish to exchange, and the item you would like in exchange.

Once we receive your request, we will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions for returning the item(s). The exchange will be processed once we receive the returned item(s) and confirm that they are in their original condition.

Please note that we cannot guarantee availability of the requested exchange item(s). If the item(s) you wish to exchange is not available, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.

Shipping Costs

You are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returns or exchanges unless the item(s) received were defective or incorrect. In this case, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for the return.

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, please email us at info@amoresaro.cyberwolfsolutions.org within 24 hours of placing your order. We cannot cancel orders after this time as they will have already been processed and shipped.
